THQ to release Tetris Worlds

   An interesting item on THQ's roster for E3 reveals that they're set to release Tetris Worlds, a title "where Tetris is played in different fashions on different planets." No specific variations on Tetris were mentioned, but the concept does have the potential to become the final word on Tetris. Tetris Worlds is in development for Game Boy Advance, PlayStation 2, and PCs with a release date later this fall; it will appear on the GameCube sometime in 2002.
