GIA Commercial Break, Week Three

   A fairly weak update as far as videogame commercials are concerned; the Gran Turismo ads are impressive, but otherwise, your standard licensed-anime pablum and too-weird-for-U.S. hamster breeding RPGs. But all is not lost! To help ease the drought, the GIA proudly presents some A++ non-videogame commercials from the Land of the Rising Sun. Though each is a classic in its own right, the Sprite commercial is a stirring depiction of the thirst that dare not speak its name. If you like gladiator movies, then you'll love this commercial.

   To view the DiVX movies on a Windows system, you must have Version 3.11 Alpha of the DiVX codec installed; you can download it from DiVX Digest. The latest codec version (4.0 alpha) is not backwards compatible with 3.11 alpha, so be sure to get the older version.
