Monster Rancher 3 compatible with Sony digital cameras
[05.09.01] » PictureParadise software will let players customize their monsters.
Monster Rancher 3 has been announced as the first game to take advantage of Sony's proprietary PictureParadise software, allowing images from Sony brand digital cameras to be imported into the game. Using standard USB cables to transfer the pictures, players can customize their creatures with whatever they can take photos of, including their own faces. For the moment, only Sony cameras are supported--but there may yet be hope for those with other brands: "While PictureParadise is currently compatible with any Sony imaging device that has USB connectivity, we would eventually like to expand its use to other imaging devices and game consoles, even those that do not carry the Sony name."
