Square plans Final Fantasy X showing for Tokyo Game Show

[03.13.01] » New footage reportedly set to appear at the end of the month.

Square looks to have finalized plans to reveal more of Final Fantasy X at the Toyko Game Show. According to Core Magazine, Square's CG director Satoshi Tsukamoto was on hand at a recent computer graphics seminar in Japan. No FF X footage was shown at the time, but Core reports that's only because Square is planning a "formal showing" of Final Fantasy X at TGS, which runs from March 30th to April 1st. FF X had not previously been confirmed to appear at the show.

Of course, the substance to the "formal showing" is still unknown. Square could be planning a full slew of new game details, or a simple rehash of its Jump Festa trailer.
