No Space Channel 5 sequel

   Don't expect a follow-up to Sega's Space Channel 5 any time soon. Despite earlier reports that a sequel was in the works, it seems that Ulala's rhythm adventures will be limited to a single game -- in a recent interview with IGNDC, Sega of America president Peter Moore stated that a Space Channel 5 sequel "doesn’t exist and probably never will." He did, however, leave open the possibility that heroine Ulala could still appear in some other form, noting that "I still feel that opportunity is there" to make Ulala a star in a different genre.
