Sony to back Z.O.E?

   According to a report on IGNPS2, Sony may be partnering with Konami to help promote the March release of the latter company's Z.O.E (Zone of Enders). If the title is chosen as part of Sony's third party co-sponsorship program -- as it looks to be -- Sony will provide the company with extra adveritising money and include the title in cross-promotions with other products. Square's The Bouncer will also likely receive similar support.

   "I can't comment on any titles that we have support for in the future, but I'm sure we will support some. We're certainly going to support third party titles, especially the good ones," a Sony representative told IGN.

   Shadow of Destiny (formerly Day of Walpurgis) and Ring of Red, two other Konami PS2 titles due out in March, may also receive support from Sony.
