| Devil May Cry demo with Code: Veronica?[12.20.00] » A playable version of Shinji Mikami's next
game may be included with the re-release of his last.
Though details are still scarce on Capcom's Devil
May Cry, a playable version may soon be in the hands of Japanese
gamers. PS2IGN has reported rumors that the PlayStation 2 port of
            Resident Evil: Code Veronica
coming in March may contain a playable demo of Shinji Mikami's latest
horror title. The move would certainly make sense coming from Capcom,
as the company has a long record of promoting ports or lower profile
games with playable demos of unreleased titles.    There's still no word on whether Resident Evil:
Code Veronica Complete, as the updated port is titled, will even be
coming stateside. But, considering Capom's willingness to release
any and every Resident Evil title in the US, a date for the game,
and possibly the demo, should be expected in the coming months.
