Rhapsody of Zephyr info, release date change

[11.09.00] »The Dreamcast port of Softmax's strategy RPG gets pushed back.

When Rhapsody of Zephyr was originally released in Japan by Falcom and Korea by Softmax, the game quickly gained a solid reputation among strategy RPG fans due to an excellent storyline based on the Alexander Dumas novel Count of Monte Cristo. The Dreamcast port is now set to include new cutscenes, character animations, and in-battle camera angles. The game was previously slated for Dreamcast release in Japan in December 2000, but has now been pushed back slightly to January 2001. Unfortunately, the game's length and complexity make a U.S. localization unlikely.
