Final Fantasy IX Soundtrack gets Limited Edition treatment

[08.16.00] » Square continues the tradition started by Final Fantasy VII.

    Square recently revealed that the Japanese release of the Final Fantasy IX Soundtrack would be initially available in Limited Edition packaging. The soundtrack, to be released by Digicube on August 30 for 3689 yen, will come in an opaque white jewel case with silhouettes of the eight main characters embossed in it. The soundtrack will comprise of roughly half of the songs in the game, and will be spread over 4 discs.
