Vib Ribbon gets European release date
[07.31.00] » Vibri prepares to spread his crack-rabbit joy in under a week.
While Japanese gamers have been enjoying Vib Ribbon's 2-D, squiggly-line gameplay for over six months now, Vibri is only now ready to hit English speaking gamers. The strange singing rabbit is set to hit Europe on August 4th. While a price has not been confirmed yet, the graphical prowess of the game can assure that it will recieve a budget price point.
Those American gamers who are wanting to play the game in English, however, are out of luck; England, along with most of the rest of Europe, uses the PAL video format which renders European video games practically useless on North America's NTSC televisions.
No North American release for Vib Ribbon has been announced, though should Vibri get permission to dance in that direction, the GIA will keep you informed.
