   Though character profiles for each character in the upcoming Final Fantasy IX have already surfaced, Square has helpfully provided quotations from each character. For those who don't read Japanese, here are the translations:

• Zidane: "You don't need a reason to help people."
• Garnet: "Someday I will be queen, but I will always be myself."
• Steiner: "Having sworn fealty, must I spend my life in servitude?"
• Vivi: "How do you prove that you exist ... ? Maybe we don't exist ... "
• Freija: "To be forgotten is worse than death."
