Final Fantasy IX gameplay information

   After a long wait, the first details on Final Fantasy IX's gameplay systems are finally emerging. The latest issue of Shounen Jump contains a brief teaser of the new mechanics, explaining that the items equipped on your characters grant them their spells, as well as other non-magical special attacks. A full report on the systems will be issued in the magazine's next issue.
