Resident Evil Code: Veronica hits the Dreamcast

[03.30.00] » "It's bleeding."

Easily the most popular Dreamcast title in Japan thus far, Capcom's much-awaited Resident Evil Code: Veronica hits US shores today. As the first major third party franchise to reach the Dreamcast, RE CV will be a definite test of how strong a foothold Sega's console has. The two GD-ROM game features Claire Redfield, heroine of RE2, on a quest to save her brother Chris from nasty, nasty Zombies, complete with the series' trademark CG creepiness and entertaining voice acting. Only $49.95 for what Capcom calls "the high water mark for all video games ever created," certainly a bargain by any standards.
