Fear Effect 2?

[01.31.00] » A prequel to Eidos' adventure is in the works, according to IGN.

   Fear Effect isn't even in stores yet, but the praise leveled on the potential cult hit may mean a sequel is already in development. IGN recently reported that developer Kronos is at work on a second, Dreamcast-bound Fear Effect title. Instead of a simple sequel, however, the new game will likely take place before the original and explain how mercenaries Royce, Hana, and Deke came to meet up with each other.

   While you're awaiting further details on the sequel, the first Fear Effect will ship at the end of February.
