More on Evolution Neo Geo Pocket Color

   More information on SNK's upcoming Neo Geo Pocket Color port of Evolution reveals a number of new features not seen in the Dreamcast original. Most prominent of the additions is the "Chat System," which allows hero Mag to speak with his fellow party members. Special conversations will occur on holidays such as New Year's Day or Christmas; the Neo Geo Pocket Color's internal memory keeps track of the date. Also available in the NGPC port are a number of new items and five brand new dungeons. (None of the original Dreamcast dungeons appear in the game.)

   Evolution is due out on February 10th in Japan; expect a U.S. release sometime in the spring.
