Mother 3 release date?

   After an eternity of delays and development problems, Mother 3 (aka Earthbound 64) may be coming out at last. According to IGN64, recent Japanese retail release lists are labeling the game with a June 2000 release date. While this date can't be entirely trusted -- it certainly wouldn't be the first one that Mother 3 failed to meet -- it is at least a promising sign that the game may actually be released sometime before its sequel.

   A North American release of Earthbound 64 has yet to be announced.
