ITEMS TO GET: SurvivalTent, Rosesol, Leather Vest

Sandship Map

   Fei and Citan end up on board an Aveh sandship. Talk to Citan and he'll suggest that Fei get some rest. Agree and another anime scene will be triggered [I might have this scene wrong... let me know if I do]. Meanwhile, the sandship is attacked by another vessel and starts to sink. Save your game, then head out into the hall. Run to your right and into the room at the far end. Grab the blue chest for a Survival Tent, then run all the way back down the hall to the last room on that side. Duck in there for a Rosesol, then head to the very end of the hall and hit X to go up the ladder (BTW, if you sink into the sand, nothing bad happens; you just have to start this level over, but you get to keep any items you got ^_^).

   On the next floor, you'll start encountering enemies, and you can use Citan in battle for the first time. The enemies are weak, though; you shouldn't have any trouble with them. Just head up and right, climb up the stairs onto the red girder, and follow it west and north. Go all the way north to a chest with a Leather Vest in it. Equip it on Fei since he's always in your party, then go east and climb up the next ladder. Just run through this room (you can save if you want, though you don't really need to) to the ladder, and ascend.

    You're now up on top of the sandship. Citan will take command of the ship's crane and send Fei to retrieve Weltall. Carefully hop down on to the girders below you and walk along them. You'll have to go back and forth between them to get around the barriers in the way. It's actually easier to jump from one girder to the other than to try to walk on the little bridges connecting them. If you do slip and fall, quickly hit X while Fei is clinging to the girder to pull yourself back up.

   Once you reach the end of the girder, Citan will lift up Weltall and Fei will hop in. The pair will attempt to escape, only to run into the pirates that attacked the ship in the first place. Bart, the leader, will challenge Fei to a duel. Just alternate between X button attacks and Deathblows (use whichever one is the strongest) 'til you beat him, at which point you'll both be sucked into...
