Is this the same character? Aside from Weltall-2 (and
maybe Xenogears), Siebzehn is hands-down the best Gear
in the game. It has the most HP of any Gear, and also
the strongest attack, though it's a bit on the pokey
side. Equip the Siebzehn with a DeathBlower 1 and it
does about 5,000 damage every 2 rounds. Avoid its
Options like a package from Theodore Kaczynski; they're
both weaker than regular attacks.
