As much as the civilized world hates to admit it, Chu-Chu
is pretty good in her Gear-sized form, mostly because
her sole Ether, Forest Dance, is the only spell in the
game that can restore Gear HP. This abilty makes her
immediately valuable, especially in Disc 2. Her attack
is poor due to her low hit rate, and she's extremely
slow, but the healing abilities make her important in
some areas. And since her stats are based on her foot-mode
stats, not on frames and armor, she is potentially
the strongest "Gear" in the game, if you feed her enough
Drive. Given the cost of Drive, though, this is feasible
only with a GameShark.
