How found: After you've become human again, pop the balloon in North Clock Town with a bubble. Then take off the mask and talk to Jim, the boy with the blowgun. (If you talk to him with Deku Link, he won't recognize Human Link afterwards; you'll have to use the Song of Time and restart.) Complete the hide-and-seek game and he'll reward you with membership in the Bombers and the notebook.

    How used: Keeps track of when important events occur. To view the notebook, highlight it on the Quest Status screen and press A. To add characters to the notebook, talk to them; if they're one of the 20 notebook characters, you will automatically receive their stickers.
