How found: Once you have the Hero's Bow, play the archery game in East Clock Town as Human Link. Shoot as many red Octoroks as you can while avoiding the blue Octoroks. Nail at least 40 Octoroks within the time limit and the game operator will reward you with the Large Quiver.
