Prerequisites: Flame of Hope, AF Rusty Anchor Create the town of Polpota with the Rusty Anchor and enter. On the left side of town, you'll find the Waterfront Mall where all the shops are, on the right fork, the hotel. First, go to the mall and talk to the Flowering running the shop on the lowest level. Flameshe the mermaid will appear; talk to her and you'll learn about the hotel's ghost problem. Now go to the hotel and talk to the Mr. Moti on the right (the one in the center is the normal save guy). Agree to help him with the ghost problem and you'll receive the "Drowned Dreams" quest. Head back to the mall and take the west exit back to the town map. Continue north to the beach, where you'll run into Thoma, one of Deathbringer's soldiers. Ask him about the ghost and the sunken ship. Return to the hotel; on the way, you'll meet Basket Fish, who just insults you and runs off. Inside the hotel, you'll see another scene with Basket Fish. Take the southeast exit from the hotel (hidden under the big shell in the corner) and talk to Inspector Boyd twice. A list of questions will appear; ask each one in sequence and then choose the new option that appears: "Ask about him." There's more dialogue, and then Boyd asks who you've scene that has blue eyes. Answer "the soldier" and Boyd will run off. Continue along the path you're on to the Sea's Bounty Restaurant. You'll overhear Thoma interrogating the citizens; once this scene concludes, return to the hotel and leave through the main exit. Boyd will show up again, follow him into the upstairs lounge in the hotel. (Use the stairs on the left.) Talk to Thoma again to witness a flashback of the ship's destruction. Eventually, you'll end up completing the quest and earning either Artifacts or metals.
