Prerequisites: The Looking-Glass Tower, Lucky Clover

   If you just completed Lucky Clover, Elazul will still be in your party. Shake him by going inside your house, then find him again in your yard. Talk to him, agree to help him find Pearl, and you'll receive the "Cosmo" quest.

   Try to leave Home and you'll see a scene on the world map with a note descending into the Mekiv Caverns. You're then kicked back into Home; leave again (this time for real!) and go to the Caverns. A Mad Mallard is waiting on the first screen; talk to him and he'll tell you he saw Pearl just pass by. Take the northeast exit and proceed through the next screen. Talk to the Sproutling, then follow the trail northeast. Pass through one more screen and you'll see a weird merman-type guy -- Lord Jewels -- waiting for you. Talk to him. Many scenes will follow, and eventually you'll end up with the "Id Mode" Lady Blackpearl in your party.

   The good news: Blackpearl is a force to be reckoned with; she has very powerful attacks, and her synchro effect fills up your attack gauge. The bad news: You only get to use her for one fight. Just run to the right until you end up in the Stalactite Room, where you'll battle yet another Jewel Beast. Lady Blackpearl could probably kill it by herself, but there's no harm in helping her.

   Talk to Lord Jewels again after beating the Jewel Beast. Sandra wounds Elazul by scratching his core, and you're teleported home. End of quest.
