ITEMS TO GET: Magic Leaf, Healing Flower (x3), Life Ring, Wonder Elixir, Fury Boost, Shield Elixir

   Warp to Octam and continue north across the bridge. When you hit the signpost, turn east and keep going until you reach Shadow Gate. Here, you'll confront Gi Delilas. Regardless of whether or not you choose to fight him, he'll actually end up fleeing.

   Once the Delilases have departed, go to each of the four stone heads and input the correct element: Earth in the upper left, Wind in the upper right, Water in the lower right, and Fire in the lower left (there's also a Magic Leaf in a chest in the far upper left corner). While doing so, you'll fight Level 2 Zenoirs and Gizams, so you can capture them for everyone if you haven't done so already.

   Once all four elements are set correctly (you'll have to fight a monster if you do it incorrectly), the flower in the center will unfold. Climb up on it and put the Star Pearl in the hole (hit X). A portal will open; hop in and you'll wind up in a cave.

   There's a lot of new enemies here, including Mad Birds (though they look more like fish to me), Mush Mushes, Warmen, and Novas, which are Wind Seru. Make sure Noa gets one (since she's the wind-elemental character). Also, the Mush Mushes can put the Rot status on you, which disables certain directional attacks. You can use a high-level (7 or above) Vera to cure this, or equip Forest Amulets to prevent in the first place.

   Head forward and descend the stairs. At the first intersection, turn left and follow that path all the way to a room with a Healing Flower. Backtrack to the intersection and go right. Descend the flight of stairs, and soon after, you'll come a short path with another Healing Flower in the chest. Get it, then continue on and descend the next set of stairs.

   Take the right fork for a Life Ring, then continue down the left fork. Descend the stairs, and in the next cave room, head straight across to the nearby exit. Collect the Wonder Elixir (boosts all stats) from the chest at the very end of the path, then go back up the stairs into the cave room. Head up and left and pass through that doorway. In the next room, cross the first set of big stairs, then turn north. In the next room, you'll find a Healing Flower in a chest. Get it, then leave that room and continue west.

   After a long series of passages, you'll end up in a large room on a greenish cliff. Head left until you reach the end of the cliff, then hop down on the platforms. Follow the long circular path along (picking up a Fury Boost along the way) until you reach a large cliff where you have a choice as to which way to go. First, go up and right to reach a chest with the Shield Elixir, then hop back and go south. Continue along the path until you reach a door. Go through and loop around to the exit.
