Sega's Skies of Arcadia is slowly gaining attention in Japan among RPG-starved Dreamcast owners. Visually, the game appears to be top-notch -- and with several Phantasy Star team members on board, other gameplay elements could easily match the visual quality. The traditional RPG is set for a Japanese release sometime in the spring.
