Xenogears is a very good RPG which I have thoroughly enjoyed. Although Billy's not my favorite character, a little bit of tweaking with his outfit would have yielded some pretty interesting results, which is what I did here. I was somewhat inspired by the whole idea of the lone gunman strolling up while his cape flowed freely in the wind. ^_^
