This pic of Billy was inspired by the hundreds of Billy fan arts I've seen all over the web. It's normally an unwritten rule of mine to wait to draw the character until after he/she is in my group but since I'm not very far along in Xenogears yet, I decided I would try to draw Billy in my own style anyway.
