I had never drawn Emeralda before; I did this by a request. I never knew Emeralda was SO fun to draw. The original sketch on paper was pretty good, but my sloppy usage of Photoshop coloring completely destroyed the picture. Look at the oogly neon yellow. >_< I scanned those green emeralds (they're actually diamonds, but hey, it's Emeralda!) from a book on gems.
