Steiner is my very favorite character from FF9 (yes, I loved Vivi, but I have a real weakness for dorky characters, and Steiner is nothing if not a dork). So I pulled out my nice little Steiner keychain and drew him, and about halfway through the oddly foreshortened piece, I figured out what he was looking at. I love Zidane too, don't get me wrong.
