Artist's Commentary
This is sort of to make up for the Lilka
drawing. Kanon must be one of the best female video
game characters of all time. I mean, she's a bounty
hunter, she looks like Vincent Valentine, and she's
one of those "Even if I don't want to, I must follow
my destiny" types. I kind of sketched this really
quickly, but spent about 5 hours on it in Photoshop.
I'm actually, for once, very pleased with this. Since
I basically wanted the picture to focus on her face, I
darkened the rest of it, which makes it look much
better than it did originally.
