Artist's Commentary
I've never submitted anything like this
before, so I'm kinna' embarrassed. ^_^ Anyways, I
decided that I wanted to submit something, but didn't
know what, so I just went along, playing Wild ARMs 2
until I said, "Hey, I should draw Lilka. She's
irresistably kawaii!" And... so I did. ^^** I'm not
very good with Photoshop yet, and I'm sort of a
beginner at drawing, but I gave it a shot and I think
it turned out decent. Well, her back foot is a little
funny...
