The Persona 2: Eternal Punishment cast has been filled out with three "new" characters. First up is a face familiar to those who've played Persona 1: Kei Nanjo (and persona Eisen Myuouo), known as Nate in the English version. The second character is a also a returning character, Eriko Kirishima (with persona Nike). Eriko may be better known to Persona fans as "Ellen." Persona 2: Innocent Sin hero Tatsuya Suo fills out the last spot in his new red outfit.

   The Persona 2 battle screens only allow room for five characters, though the playable cast consists of a total of seven characters. Atlus hasn't yet specified whether the party make-up can be formed by players or whether it is determined by the player's position in the game -- but given that the previous Persona games used a mostly-fixed party system, expect Eternal Punishment to as well.
