A Breath of Fire game without dragons is like a dance floor without Katy Kat, so you can bet that BoF IV will have more than its fair share of them as well. However, all of these dragons appear to be independent entities and not forms that Ryu can transform into -- will our recurring hero still retain his trademark power in BoF IV? Only time will tell.
