I've been drawing for as long as I can remember, and though I may not be the most talented, art is in my blood -- it's something I just have to do. To make these uncontrollable urges more aesthetically pleasing, I attended Southwest Michigan Visual Arts Academy throughout my teenage years, and constantly continue to experiment, though I continue to cringe at roughly 90% of my work. Although visual art is the defining creative force in my life, I also dabble in playing guitar, singing, acting, writing, and cringing at 99.999% of the results of those hobbies.

When writing fanfics, I tend to focus on developing characters or scenes that were not explained to my liking within the game, or rationalizing strange occurrances that made no sense at all. Since I love RPGs, I'm always pondering these things in my head anyway, and the fifty chapter FF7 fic on my site was actually written because I wanted to better understand the motivations of the different characters. For me, writing fanfics is just my way of trying to enhance my own gaming experiences.
