Kefka, in my opinion, is the baddest bad guy in all video games. Say what you like about all baddies from Sephiroth to Dr. Wiley.....Kefka was the worst...er...best. He was damn creepy too....this picture really freaked me out after I finished it. I think it's the eyes. I can understand why some people are afraid of clowns, after looking at Kefka.
