This one is Billy from Xenogears (I know it's hard to tell). I really liked this character but I HATE that green bow!!! So I got rid of it. If anybody is wondering where the rest of him is, well, it's not there because I never finished it. I got kinda bored of drawing but I liked what I had done so far, so I threw in some Xenogears junk to try and hide it (didn't do a very good job, obviously). Anyhow, hopefully if I do anything in the near future (probably not), I'll make an attempt to get the whole piece done.
