I was quite, quite surprised the first time I used Carbuncle in battle. He wasn't a cute little guy like that in FFVI, was he? At any rate, he kind of reminded me of my rabbits, so I had to draw him. And for the first time in probably a year or so, I did not alter the pic in any way with the computer, except to scan it... and somehow the scanning made it a little more yellow than it should have been... so he looks green, rather than sea-green. Oh well. And yes, to all those who have seen the pic and asked, Carbuncle does have arms. Look in the instruction booklet. :P
