It's about time Rei from BoF three was recognised for more than what he look like in the instruction booklet, im so happy other artist have been doing more pieces of him in his younger years! it much more creative! though doing your own fan art from the older Rei is very good as well. I did this pic when I realized there was some, but not much art of younger Rei, the one who finds poor naked Ryu surrounded by wolves in the beginning of the game.
