This is a pretty old pic; I drew it way back when I was playing the Japanese version.
Citan's my favorite character from Xenogears, by far! (Check out my page if you really want to hear me yak about how cool he is. ^^;) You might be able to tell this is based on his deathblow skill "Festive Wind" (silly name for such a cool move). I already have another pic based on "Haze of Fire," which I just need to scan. ^^;
