Artist's Commentary
I decided I wanted to do a pic of Aeris/Aerith without angel
wings or tragedy or mysterious staring-off-into-space or Lifestream
tendrils... so here she is just being, yaknow, normal. Happy. Waving,
probably to Cloud.
I just started learning new Photoshop techniques when I did this...
PolyKarbon.com rocks my world. I have another version with implied
background and a lighting/lens flare effect like she's casting a spell...
but I dunno. That one's more dramatic, yah, but this one's all bright and
happy. And pink. That poopy spell effect washed out all the pink.
And that's all.
