Artist: Onsen-Mark Media: #2 pencil, medium weight drawing paper, Pentel superball pen, and Photoshop Artist's Commentary I got to play WA2 recently, and from the very start I was all "Where's Marivel? When do I get Marivel? How much longer till I get Marivel?". I finally got her, and she was indeed instantly loved, as one of my cohorts predicted. I decided she was too cute to not draw a picture of, so here you go. This pic was hard, to say the least. It has several elements I heartily suck at: foreshortening(and perspective in general), the human form(hands in particular; notice the hiding of the left hand), and shading. I initially had her legs crossed, but it turned out to be WAY too difficult to draw and shade realistically. Oh well.   « Previous Back to gallery Next »
