Artist's Commentary
I decided to try my hand at doing some Zelda fanart, and since I'm just crazy about
villains, Ganon was my one and only choice. He is of course based off of the Ganon from the
Zelda cartoon because I like his design the most, although he's holding the bone pitchfork of the
Ganon in A Link to the Past. I picked the title of course because Ganon was turned into a hog for
his greed for power upon entering the Golden Land. I'm not good at coloring as you can see but
I'd appreciate comments or suggestions on how to improve. Really I'd rather just color on the
computer (as I am learning to do) but I figured it'd be a good idea to be able to do it by hand as
well. So poor Ganon had to suffer. :-) I might put in a background sometime. But this was the first
color pencil job I didn't hate myself for after finishing. Anyways I appreciate feedback because I
realize I'm not perfect (unlike SOME artists I've seen) but with your thoughtful suggestions I can
improve. :-)
