Serge, 'cause he's Serge Artist: Annie Felis Media: Mouse-drawn oekaki Artist's Commentary After falling off the face of the earth for a while, I decided to come back and draw some fanart. As you can see, most of what I've drawn has been oekaki. ^^; I drew this oekaki of Serge for an oekaki buddy who was sorta depressed at the time.
