Artist's Commentary
I drew this picture specifically for a good friend's birthday. He absolutely adores Rinoa, which is why I chose to draw her. I chose the FMV where she's looking out over the landscape from Balamb Garden's deck. She has the sweetest expression in that FMV which is what I tried to capture. I wanted that calm sweetness to come through and I think I succeeded. I'm very proud of this picture.
