Artist's Commentary
I drew this for two reasons. 1. DRAGOONS ARE BACK! DRAGOONS ARE BACK! *pulls out whistles and bells and chimes* 2. Even if she were anything else, Freija is just way to cool not to be drawn. She's my favorite of the nine cast. As anything I do, the medium is pencil.. Thats it.. Yeah. This is my very first FF9 fanart.
