Artist's Commentary
I 'm really happy how this pic turned out. I started this pic completely from scratch using Adobe Photoshop without a sketch/scanner. It took me several hours to complete and the results really shined through.
Winter is my favorite time of year and Celes is one of my favorite characters from FF6/3 so I decided to put her in this winter scene to match her slightly cool personality. She is supposed to be holding a snowball in her hand and look like she will throw it at somebody.
