Artist's Commentary
This picture was made a long time ago (almost exactly one year ago when I submitted this picture to the GIA), but I wanted to send it off anyway. Citan is my all-time favorite character, but to this day I've been unable to draw a picture of him that I was satisified with. I've sketched at least a dozen pictures of him, but this is the only one that I ever got around to completing. Hopefully I'll make something more presentable in the future... ^.^;
