Artist's Commentary
I sort of figured that I needed to draw more guys and in my sketchbook, I had scanned a non-repro blue sketch of this picture. One of my online friends urged me to color it, so I decided to give it a shot. I think I just wanted to capture a sexier image of Bart... not to mention I don't see all that much fan art of him.. It's usually Elly, Fei, and Citan.
