No sooner I saw Billy in the game booklet for Xeno gears, I had to do some fan art of him, not because his character design is great( which it is IMHO, but stil) but because he looks like he was designed to look like a dear friend of mine. Its scary. Anyway, I have the most primative photoshop out there, so this isnt the best it could be. Oh well. *smile*
