This is the first (and probably only) fan art piece I have ever done. It was the result of two things: 1.) I like to doodle in classes, and 2.) My friend Joanna thinks that Sephiroth and cactrots are absolutely hilarious. Because of this, one day in class, while sketching a cactrot in the margins of my notes, I decided to put a little Sephiroth outfit on him. When I showed it to Joanna, she was on the floor laughing, so I knew I had to draw it in a more permanent form. The artwork above is the result. I sketched it using the same mechanical pencil I used in class, and colored it using some colored pencils. I then used Photoshop to edit a couple of areas that didn't look too good when I scanned it in. It's not the best artwork ever, but for a first attempt, I'm pretty satisfied with it.
